The KIMMY bottom is high leg design which renders the cut slightly high waisted - yet not waist sitting. The design elongates the leg and cinches the waist. The fit on the waist is dependent on the length of the lower torso. ie. The shorter the torso, the higher the cut, the longer the torso, the lower the cut.
