Shipping policy
LIPÉ Swimwear offers 3 options to shipping in and around SA.
- Our preferred supplier is The Courier Guy (TCG) service. Shipment within South Africa is subject to a R110 courier charge. The delivery fee includes door to door delivery and is usually delivered within 36 - 48 business hours.
- PUDO LOCKER - this is a warehouse to PUDO locker option. Please locate your nearest PUDO locker and supply that locker name and address as your delivery address. Please note, PUDO is subject to locker availability which may delay your delivery time.
- Aramex - we would recommend using Aramex for outlining areas, particularly farm or wine farm estates.
Upon dispatch of your order, LIPÉ will release a tracking email with a waybill number/tracking code - allowing customers to track their order online.
Orders are dispatched within 24hrs business hours and can take as much as 5 - 7 business days to arrive depending on delivery location and service selected.
