Where is LIPÉ Swimwear based?

LIPÉ is a Cape Town-based sustainable swimwear brand.
Seasons 1–8 were designed, patterned and manufactured in Cape Town. To improve quality control, expand colourway options, and maintain consistent craftsmanship, our manufacturing has since moved to Guangzhou, China.

All LIPÉ stock is stored, fulfilled and shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.

How long will my swimwear take to deliver?

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the courier.

For international orders outside of South Africa, please email us for delivery timelines and shipping options.

Can I track my order? 

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct tracking link, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Is LIPÉ only available online or is there a store that products can be purchased from? 

LIPÉ is primarily an online swimwear brand offering sustainable bikinis and one-pieces made from recycled fabrics. 

We do host seasonal pop-ups across Cape Town during summer. Follow our social channels for updates on upcoming locations and dates.

Do you do collaborations?

What fabric is LIPÉ Swimwear made from?

All LIPÉ swimwear is made from REPREVE®, a premium recycled performance fibre created from 100% recycled materials, including post-consumer plastic bottles and ocean-bound plastics. Our recycled fabric is soft, supportive and durable, aligning with our commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly swimwear.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on swimwear?

Yes! We offer free returns and exchanges across South Africa on all full-priced LIPÉ swimwear. Because our styles are sculpted and tend to fit slightly smaller than mainstream brands, we always recommend checking our FIT GUIDE before purchasing. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll happily help you find your perfect size.
