Returns
As we are dealing with swimwear intimates, our policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hygiene and swing tags attached.
LIPÉ offers free returns and exchanges on all FULL PRICED items for orders in South Africa only. Full priced garments can include promotional and discount codes but does not include sale items.
Over 90% of our returns are sizing exchanges which could of been avoided by measuring up to our FIT GUIDE for garment sizing. We strongly urge all our customers to please take a look at the sizing scale before purchase. We utilise PUDO as a collection and dispatch service for exchanges which can take up to 10 working days to finalise.
To start your exchange, return or refund process, please email info@lipeswimwear.com with your order number and request to return, exchange or refund.
For all returns, please confirm the collection address as well as a date suited for collection. You will receive an email with a waybill number. Please ensure the swimwear is package securely with the email waybill visible for the couier.
For exchanges, please confirm which size and colour you would like to exchange for. We will typically send the new sized pieces first. Customers will then need to follow the same process as returns above.
For refunds, please follow the return process above. Once the return process has been finalised, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is in order for a refund, your refund will be processed through Payfast. For security reasons, and depending on the type of card used to make the purchase, Payfast may not hold bank details on file for us to automatically refund to. We will be in contact should we require your banking details to process the refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Should the garment not fit, we will offer a gift card to the value of purchase minus the courier collection costs.
Please note. Due to shipping costs and tariffs, all international orders are considered final. LIPÉ SWIMWEAR does not accept returns and/or exchanges on orders placed for delivery outside of South Africa.
