Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with LIPÉ Swimwear. As we specialise in swimwear and intimate apparel, we have a strict returns and exchanges policy to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 business days from the date of delivery of your order. If more than 7 business days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition as received, with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, and we recommend that you retain a proof of return shipment.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order by emailing info@lipeswimwear.com.
- Include your name, order number, and a brief reason for return or the requested exchange size/garment.
- Upon confirmation of your return, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and arrange for the free return shipping.
Exchanges: We will cover the return shipping cost for exchanges, and will send you the exchanged item at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If your return meets our refund policy, your refund will be processed through the original payment method used (typically PayFast). Please note that for security reasons, PayFast may not retain certain banking details. If necessary, we may request additional bank account information from you to complete the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we have received the returned item.
Important: LIPÉ will cover the return courier cost for the item but will not refund the original shipping fee incurred at the time of your order.
4. Late Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after your return has been processed, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account to verify if the refund has been received.
- If you have not seen a refund after checking your bank account, contact us at info@lipeswimwear.com with your order number.
Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.
5. Sale and Promotional Items
- Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Promotional items (including gift cards and promotional gifts) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
6. Gift Cards
All gift cards purchased from LIPÉ are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
