Galentine's Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Organizer:
This giveaway is organized by LIPÉ SWIMWEAR SOUTH AFRICA.

Eligibility:

  1. This giveaway is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older and must reside in South Africa.
  2. To enter, participants must:
    • Like the giveaway post on LIPÉ SWIMWEAR’s Instagram account.
    • Tag one other user in the comments whom they wish to win the prize with.
    • Ensure that both the participant and the tagged user are following @lipeswimwear on Instagram.

Giveaway Period:
The giveaway will commence on February 11, 2025 and will close at midnight on February 14, 2025. The winners will be announced at 2 PM on February 17, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter, depending on vote counting time. 

Prize Details:

  1. There are two bikini sets to be won. The sizes are determined by the winners' selections as per the size guide available on LIPÉ SWIMWEAR's website.
  2. The prize is subject to garment and sizing availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Only the garments in stock on the website are available for prizing. We will not pre-order the prize. 
  3. LIPÉ SWIMWEAR will cover delivery costs to one address provided by each winner.
  4. LIPÉ SWIMWEAR will not cover the cost of sizing exchanges, so participants are encouraged to consult the size guide carefully.

Selection of Winners:

  1. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries that meet the eligibility criteria and entry requirements.
  2. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

Privacy:
Participants’ personal data will only be used for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without their consent.

Liability:
LIPÉ SWIMWEAR SOUTH AFRICA is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent participants from entering or receiving information concerning the giveaway.

Changes:
LIPÉ SWIMWEAR reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, including the right to change these terms and conditions.

By participating in this giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
